I used Israeli couscous as well. I think it’ll be the last time I buy it – I didn’t enjoy it as much as the smaller pearls. But I did like the flavor of this dish.

it looks great! i’ll have to try israeli couscous someday. this recipe surprised me too, i didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as i did.
