I also cheated, but I was worse than you. I sampled the flan a bit after it had been out of the oven for only 30 minutes. They were looking so golden and billowy when they came out of the oven, I just couldn't help myself! 4 hours is a terribly long time to wait and see how one's creation will turn out. Nice action shot!
